Yes. Diagnostic fees start at $95 and may vary depending on the appliance. If a second technician is needed to safely move the appliance and complete the diagnosis, additional charges may apply. Our technician will assess the issue and explain the recommended next steps before any repair work begins.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For same-day appointments, at least 3 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations or changes must be made by phone and confirmed with an agent. Text messages, emails, and voicemails are not accepted as confirmation.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a $95 cancellation fee.
