What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For same-day appointments, at least 3 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations or changes must be made by phone and confirmed with an agent. Text messages, emails, and voicemails are not accepted as confirmation.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a $95 cancellation fee.
