In Tony’s many years of experience, he has witnessed the result of misdiagnoses, malpractice, and misleading information at the consumer’s cost. This resulted in high repair costs for parts, materials, and labour that were simply not required. In some instances, appliances were not even taken apart, yet they were diagnosed. These practices by overnight companies and repair services looking to make a quick buck have led many people to not trust the industry.
