If you choose not to repair or fix any of your appliances, we will still provide useful tips on how to take care of your appliances and help you find the right source to buy your next appliances free of charge. You only pay for the diagnosis fee, which you have already approved in writing.

What is the cancellation policy? Do you guys charge for cancelling the appointment?

You must speak with a live agent to cancel your appointment, who will provide a cancellation code. If you fail to comply with our cancellation policy, you will be charged a fee of $ 125 CAD plus tax. This fee covers some of the costs our technician incurs while waiting for the next booking, especially when there is a 3-hour gap between appointments. You must pay this fee within 24 hours of the original appointment.
