Moreover, in most cases, you’ll receive a free estimate over the phone, tailored to your appliance’s make and model, all at a flat-rate per job. How can I book a repair service?
You can easily book a repair service by using our online booking system, calling us, or sending a text message. Let us know about your problem, and we will schedule an appointment with an expert at a convenient time for you. Also, you can request a call back at any time before arrival.
Do you offer a diagnostic estimate before starting any repairs?
Yes, we will provide you with a diagnostic estimated cost to repair each appliance. Before we begin to work on any appliance, we need, in writing, the approval of the homeowner or the person who booked the appointment.
What happens if I choose not to repair my appliance after the diagnosis?
If you choose not to repair or fix any of your appliances, we will still provide useful tips on how to take care of your appliances and help you find the right source to buy your next appliances free of charge. You only pay for the diagnosis fee, which you have already approved in writing.
Is it possible to complete a repair job on the same day?
95% of the time, we manage to finish repair jobs on the same day because we carry a lot of parts in our vans. We only charge for parts and installation if needed, not for a second visit. Once the repair is complete and all components are tested and working correctly to your satisfaction, we will collect the agreed payment and go over what caused the problem and what you can do to avoid these issues in the future.

We repair a wide range of household electrical appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, cooktops, hood fans, stoves, built-in wall oven units, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
How long does a typical repair job take?
The length of time it takes to complete a repair job depends on the type of appliance and the complexity of the issue. However, we always aim to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Is your repair service available on weekends or holidays?
Yes, we offer repair services on weekends and holidays to ensure our customers receive timely and convenient service.
Are your technicians fully qualified and insured?
Yes, our technicians are fully qualified with many years of experience and insured to provide safe and professional repair services. We ensure our team members are highly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to handle any repair job.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, visa and debit, and MasterCard. We strive to make the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers.
What is the cancellation policy? Do you guys charge for cancelling the appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 3 business hours’ notice from the start of the appointment. For instance, if your appointment is scheduled between 12 pm and 4 pm, please let us know before 9 am on the same day. Please avoid leaving a voicemail if you’re calling after hours. You must speak with a live agent to cancel your appointment, who will provide a cancellation code. If you fail to comply with our cancellation policy, you will be charged a fee of $ 125 CAD plus tax. This fee covers some of the costs our technician incurs while waiting for the next booking, especially when there is a 3-hour gap between appointments. You must pay this fee within 24 hours of the original appointment.
